Cancellations or Reschedules

At Midnight Aesthetics we realize your time is very valuable and we hope that you will recognize that ours is as well. It is very important to us that we maintain a safe and smooth running business. To do so, we require a 24-hour notice for any illness or emergency reschedules. Additionally, any other form of reschedule or cancellation requires a 48-hour notice from the time of your appointment. Any missed appointments within this time frame will incur a 50% charge of service booked to the card on file. I have a zero tolerance policy for no shows, any no show will result in being blacklisted and a 100% charge of service to card on file. Any reschedule that occurs more than 3x in a row is an automatic blacklist until you pay a 100% deposit at booking time. You will have to reach out to set this up. When booking an appointment with Midnight Aesthetics you are acknowledging that you fully understand and agree to these terms and conditions.

Commitment Policy

Midnight Aesthetics does not guarantee specific results from any of it’s services, but to get the best results possible, it does require full commitment from the client. Every client is expected to follow their routine, their pre and post care instructions and stay consistent with their appointments. Acne Slayer Clients specifically should be prepared to commit to a 3 month minimum program consisting of bi-weekly appointments and a specific skincare routine.

Return Policy

Midnight Aesthetics does not do returns or refunds on any products or services. There may be a special consideration for those experiencing allergic reactions.

Refusal of Service Policy

Midnight Aesthetics and it employees have the right to refuse service to any individual at any time if they do not adhere to our policies, or for any other determined professional reasoning without notice to the client.

  • How Do I Get Started?

    First time clients should always start by booking either a “New client Consult+ Treatment”, or if acne is the main concern, the New Acne Slayer Consult + Treatment”.

  • How Do i purchase Products?

    All products can be purchased in studio with a product pickup appointment, go to book now to schedule. You can also shop my links to have product not in stock delivered to you. Otherwise, I can ship anywhere in the USA. Just go to the shop page!

  • Can I bring someone with me to my appointment?

    Unfortunately due to safety concerns, we do not allow guests to accompany you. If you are under the age of 18, you are allowed to bring your guardian. This includes children and animals.

  • How do I prepare for my treatment?

    Please arrive 5 minutes early to your appointment in order to complete paperwork. You do not need to arrive with clean skin as we will clean your skin in the treatment room. If you are a new client, please discontinue all actives three days prior. 

  • What will aftercare look like?

    We recommend to avoid working out and wearing makeup for 24 hours after any facial. Chemical peels require you to avoid excess sun exposure for two weeks after. There may be other instructions that will be given to you after your appointment.

  • Do I have to purchase products?

    While I am always happy to adjust and help clients find a budget friendly and custom skincare routine, I will not do any advanced services on clients not willing to commit to a specific routine. ALL ACNE clients however, MUST be on a specific routine.
